Elite Care People are looking to recruit a Quality Improvement Lead for a National Healthcare Provider in the South East Region.
You will be responsible for a portfolio of services in the region, aiming to ensure that all services meet all regulatory and company requirements. It is vital to ensure you are continually improving the quality of service delivery and service user experience. You will be an ambassador for the region on quality, communicating key initiatives and driving the message of the importance of quality across all sites within the region.
Due to the nature of the role, you will be a Registered Nurse (with an active PIN), Social Worker or equivalent professional qualification. You will show demonstrable experience of working within adult social care or care services. The successful candidate will have experience of managing and leading ‘good’ adult social care services and have knowledge and experience of managing change, quality improvement processes, and site turnaround. A valid UK driving licence is essential for the role due to extensive travel required and potential overnight stays required.
In return, you will receive £45,000 per annum + £4,200 car allowance.
