Regional Operations Manager (Aftermarket) reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be operationally responsible for this £20m division with c80 staff.
Objectives and key tasks
Lead Management team over multiple sites in the South East of England by communicating business objectives, bringing them together as team, assigning accountabilities and developing a climate people want to work in.
Monitor Team Performance
Active Member of the Senior Management team
Establish business plan, budgets and measurements for results
Ensure a first class service is provided to our customers at all times
Ensure Health & Safety standards are adhered to at all times.
Work with Sales team to find new business.
Help Account Manage current accounts to make sure the business is maximising every opportunity.
Limits of authority
Responsible for the business’ operations teams across four sites. Lead and manage them.
Active member of the Senior Management team, working on other business projects and attending meetings as required.
Main job functions
Manage Service Business
Comply to Health and Safety standards, including maintaining IS09001 standard.
Monitor team including the use of the TomTom Management System for driving and speeding infringements.
Mentor and develop team.
Make sure staff have the appropriate training and equipment for the job.
Ensure staff are retained and encouraged to do a good job.
Skills & Experience
A suitable candidate should be :

Proven Leadership/Management and Coaching skills
Creative and innovative thinker.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, Outlook.
An understanding of CAM systems would be desirable.
Multi-site management experience would be desirable.
