Our client is a leading provider of aftermarket solutions and are looking to recruit a Regional Sales Manager who will work with dealer groups and car supermarkets across the South West.
You will carry out training with staff as and when required as we well as developing professional relationships with key decision makers to profitably promote all products and services, in order to improve their sales volumes.
You will be fully aware of the benefits to be gained from selling the products. This should be in the short term (e.g. retailer commission/bonus), the medium term (e.g. retained business) and the long term (e.g. increased customer satisfaction leading to repeat vehicle and product purchase).
This role requires someone to be an expert in their field and therefore you must have experience with warranty, insurance and aftersales products as you will be delivering product knowledge training. The role would suit someone supporting dealers on aftermarket solutions either in a sales or training role or someone who is currently selling aftermarket products within a dealership environment.
