Purchase and Sales Ledger Assistant required with excellent all round accounting experience Including:-Purchasing and sales ledger Reconciliation and dealing with queries disputed invoices Issue, control and maintenance of purchase orders. Logging all incoming invoices in various nominal codes. Dealing with statements. Preparation of payment including arranging for sign off of invoices by department heads. Dealing with suppliers (VOR/SURCHARGES/WARRANTY Issues) All accounts office admin roles ie filing, post queries record keeping. You need to be confident, Salary:c£18k - MUST HAVE PREVIOUS MOTOR TRADE EXPERIENCE
