Our client, a car manufacturer, has a wholly owned division specialising in financial services for the purchase, contract hire and fleet sales of motor vehicles. They are seeking an experienced Sales Manager who can lead a new team on a national basis. The role is focused on developing new business with a portfolio of financial products to dealer groups and dealerships across existing group brands, but more importantly with new targeted manufacturer car brands across the UK.
The successful candidate will be responsible for strategically identifying and developing opportunities related to Contract Hire and Fleet Sales, New Channel development, 3rd party and manufacturer relationships, as well as other development opportunities which may arise.
Previous senior account management, new business and team management experience within the automotive industry is a prerequisite. A track-record within the fleet and contract hire sectors is essential.
