Working with a market leading dealership group, Premier Work Support have a fantastic opportunity for an Automotive Service Advisor to join the team at their Reading Dealership. Our client's team maintain the highest possible customer service standards at all times and pride themselves on their outstanding service, knowledge and expertise. Customers are guaranteed a warm welcome, with coffee-shop standard beverages served all day.
You will be responsible for building a rapport with customers, offering them the benefit of your knowledge & expertise, identifying their needs and giving clear and accurate estimates of the costs and timescales involved, scheduling jobs into the workshop taking into account the complexity of the work, the availability of parts & arranging a loan car if required whilst keeping customers informed of progress through to completion.
The successful candidate will possess excellent customer facing skills and an automotive background is preferred but not essential. You will ideally have used Kerridge & Onelink and a background with Coupers dealer management system would be an advantage. A stable work history along with your professional presentation & attitude is essential.
