We are looking for an energised, ambitious individual to fill the position of Service Manager at our Chandlers Brighton BMW & MINI Centre
Taking full service department leadership and management responsibility for this well-established centre, your key objective will be to drive the performance of the service department in order to ensure that excellent customer service is provided and all financial targets are achieved.
You will be hands on in nature, financially aware, have effective communication skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to negotiate at all levels. You will be looking to further your career within a financially secure and progressive organisation which values and rewards talented people who work extremely hard.
