Our client a busy franchised dealership in Warrington have the requirement for an experienced Service Manager to join their management team.
The successful candidate will have the ability to organise, coach, motivate and lead an busy and expanding workshop and front of house team whilst providing the very highest levels of customer service every time.
The role will include ensuring departmental profitability, delivering dealership and manufacturer budgets, controlling expenses, recruitment and selection, staff coaching and motivation, optimizing workshop capacity and utilisation, installing and maintaining processes, monitor, develop and improve CSI and customer experience.
You must have current experience working as a Service Manager within a franchised dealership motortrade environment. You must also hold a full UK driving license.
