You will need previous experience as a senior service advisor or perhaps assistant manager in a franchised car dealership to be considered for this role.

Monday to Friday 08:00-17:30,
Saturday (1 in 3) 08:30-12:30.
Our client is seeking to appoint a Service Team Leader
As a Service Team Leader, your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the formulation of strategies and initiatives that will positively impact the sales of parts and labour;
- Being integral in implementing and maintaining efficient departmental procedures;
- Ensuring that standards and processes are being adhered to;
- Championing the delivery of excellent customer experiences; and
- Supporting and reviewing the performances of the Service Team.
A full UK driving licence is required, due to the need to manoeuvre customers' and company vehicles in the course of your role.
