As part of expansion plans we are looking to appoint a team of Coaches to assess the level of training knowledge retained by dealership staff after they have attended Manufacturers training courses. These are full time roles for an initial fixed term of 4 months commencing Nov 1st.

The Consultant

The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of Sales and Aftersales departments based on Managerial level experience in Franchised dealerships.  Candidates with a proven Consulting/Training background will also be considered.

The Role

Reporting to our Key Account Manager this is a fascinating, dealer facing position which will require a structured approach analysing and reporting on the levels of training knowledge retained by dealership Sales and Aftersales staff.

Working from home with a regional group of dealers the successful candidates will be responsible for optimising their regional travel and visit arrangements and objectively recording and reporting the findings based on interviews and tasks with the dealership staff.
