MINI Transaction Manager

Stephen James MINI in Ruxley, near Sidcup, could have just what you are looking for. They already have a successful, high performing team and following a recent promotion are looking for a second Transaction Manager to join them.
As the MINI Transaction Manager, you will be someone who quickly and easily builds rapport with customers and is able to ensure accurate financial information is given when negotiating a vehicle sale. You will work closely with the Sales Executives to turn leads into sales and supporting them to maximise the opportunities to sell the finance and insurance products by identifying and sourcing the most appropriate package to suit the customers’ needs, ensuring the MINI department is fully compliant with FCA guidelines.

You will have previous Sales, Business Management, or Transaction Management experience within the automotive industry with excellent communication skills. You will be able to develop relationships effortlessly, and have strong business acumen, negotiation sales and closing skills. Great IT skills are needed for this role as well as the ability to be well organised. You will have a passion for customer service, have a process orientated approach and be professional and well presented.
You will have a valid clean UK Driving Licence
Basic Salary of £25,000, On Target Earnings of £60,000 Plus company vehicle.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 0830 – 1800 with a day off in the week, Saturday 0900-1700. You will work Sundays on a rota, the hours are 1000-1600, you will have time off in the week if it is your turn to work on the Sunday.
