We’re now looking for:
Candidates who must have an Automotive Consulting, Field Manager and/or General Sales Manager background within prestige and or volume brands and be able to objectively demonstrate a proven background and ability to improve retailer used car performance and deliver best in class advice and support to retailers including but not limited to the following elements:
- Target Setting
- Stock Profiling
- Used Vehicle Funding
- Appraisal and Valuation
- Stock Presentation
- Stock Management
- Used Car Marketing
- Digital Marketing
- Sales Process Training
- Finance & Insurance
Reporting directly to the brand on a day to day basis, we are offering an initial 12 month full-time assignment on a South West regional basis with a rewarding remuneration package including a fully expensed car and pension contribution. You will need to be based in the South West region to be considered for this role in order to have reasonable travelling time to retailers in the region, ideally Bristol, Swindon or Bath regions, although we will consider applicants who can gain access to the region within reasonable timescales.
These are demanding and fascinating dealer outlet support and advice positions which will require a structured approach analysing all aspects of used car department operations and financial performance. Teamwork will also be an essential part of this role.
The ability to clearly communicate at all levels, create deliverable action plans and motivate employees to embrace change will be key factors to deliver.
