We have an opening for an energetic and focused Business at our Hinckley branch. The foot fall in the business is high generated by our inbound and outbound telesales team making appointments. We need a business manager who has the drive to earn and who can close deals, cash convert and optimise deals. Uncapped earnings, with a basic salary of £22,000 per annum plus commission, realistic OTE can be £45,000 plus.
**The successful applicant will be**
* Able to interact with customers coming into the showroom and delivering the highest quality of customer service.
* Responsible for listening to customer requirements and qualification of the features they are looking for in the purchase package.
* Selling our added value products
* Hitting and exceeding your monthly sales target
**Skills and attributes**
* Business management Experience within a car supermarket would be ideal for this position (ideal but not essential)
* A driven individual with passion
* Able to deliver a great customer experience
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Strong negotiation skills and good eye for detail
* FCA Accredited (after training)
* Full UK Driving Licence
* A presentable and professional individual
* Effective time management
Our successful Business Managers are earning £45,000 plus, off a basic of £22,000.
