Santander Consumer Finance is the largest independent motor finance company in Europe and part of Banco Santander, one of the world’s largest banks.
The Volvo Car Credit Regional Finance Development Manager is responsible for the management of Retail and Wholesale revenues within the defined area of responsibility.
Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager of Volvo Car Credit and working amongst a motivated successful team, the role is focused on delivering exceptional support, influencing key stakeholders and exhibiting the culture that Santander Consumer Finance is founded upon; Sustainable, Long term Partnerships which deliver equitable results for all.
We are now looking for 2 experienced sales professionals to work together with our existing Volvo dealer partners in order to deliver a range of objectives
One vacancy covers the South Coast and the successful applicant should be located within easy access to the areas below the M4 corridor.
The other covers Scotland and Northern Ireland and the successful applicant should be located within easy access to Glasgow / Edinburgh.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter who already has a proven track record within the motor trade (Business Manager or Sales Manager), or from a motor finance background. They will possess strong communication skills and be expert at understanding the key requirements to deliver quantifiable improvements to agreed KPI’s.
Remuneration will be a competitive package with a bonus scheme driven by both qualitative & quantitative measures.
Flexibility to travel to occasional ad-hoc meetings throughout the UK as required which may involve overnight stays.
