Come grow with us……
Santander Consumer Finance is the largest independent motor finance company in Europe and part of Banco Santander, one of the world’s largest banks. Since 2010 Santander Consumer has operated under a white label arrangement with Volvo Car UK to provide both wholesale & retail funding products to support the brand's growth aspirations.
Those growth objectives have been delivered and the next phase of acceleration to deliver 60,000 cars in the UK by 2020 means the Volvo Car Credit team needs to grow too.
We are now looking for a further two high preforming individuals to bolster our dynamic team. Working collaboratively with our colleagues in Volvo, you will be responsible for the delivery of a great commercial experience for our dealer partners.
The successful candidates will need to demonstrate a real passion for dealer development. Understanding what a good funding led sales process looks like is one thing, but having the ability to affect positive behaviours within the dealer environment is altogether different. You will need to be confident in developing performance and be able to adapt to influence at all levels from the sales executive in a small family operation to the CEO of a major Plc. You should be highly motivated and be an exceptional team player. This not just with the Volvo Car Credit team, but all the stakeholders involved in the success story that is now 7 years old.
So who are we looking for?
You should have a solid grounding within the motor trade at Business Manager, Transaction Manager or General Sales Manager level. You should be an expert in your field and be proud of what you have achieved in your career so far. You are someone who wants to develop further, utilising your valuable experience and grow with us.
A competitive package is on offer including a Volvo company car, quarterly bonus scheme, pension and all the other benefits you would expect from being part of one of the world’s largest banks.
Please note that individual applications will not be acknowledged unless progressed to the shortlist stage.
