Our client a large International Co are looking for a Warranty Controller to provide warranty & general administrative assistance to the Aftersales Division. Job involves interaction with dealers overseas as well as to UK workshops in Guildford & Farnborough. Liaising with JLR, ensuring that claims are paid and payments allocated to Dealers on a regular basis. Creating and maintaining Dealer log-ins with JLR. Administration of goodwill claims. Carry out annual survey and submission to JLR of network-wide parts & labour costs. Manage diaries and co-ordinate visits/field reporting for team of 6 Regional Managers. Analyse and report on travel cost vs budget. Maintain & update JLR reporting on various topics including problem clear-up rates and report sin to JLR regarding technical faults. Maintain reports of dealer’s compliance with JLR bodyshop standards. Monitor dealer progress against action plans and JLR Dealer Standards Audit. Compile and manage re-charges of JLR subscription fees to dealers. Salary; 25k - 27k + OTE
