My Client is looking for an experienced Service Desk Advisor to join their busy team on the Service Reception. Applicants should be customer focused and capable of delivering the highest standards of service. Duties include: Checking in and seeing out customers. Raising job cards. Take customer bookings. Organising courtesy vehicles. Keeping customers up to date with progress Gain authority for extra work and prepare invoice. Upselling of service related products. Liaising with Workshop Controller and Service Manager, Warranty recalls. Carry out prospecting activities to maintain and build volume of work within the workshop. Previous experience of the motor trade a necessity, knowledge of Kerridge DMS an advantage. Good communication and IT skills are essential. The successful applicant must have an excellent attitude and be able to work as part of a team. They must take pride in their work providing high levels of customer service. Full Clean Driving Licence is essential. Hours are 8:00-18:00 weekdays and 8:00-13:00 on alternate Saturdays. Opportunity to earn additional commission from up-selling product lines. Salary: £20k per annum plus bonus (paid on sales). ONLY CANDIDATES WITH PREVOUS MOTOR TRADE EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED.
