Our client is looking for a Customer Service Manager to join their busy team in NW London. To manage the Front of house operations, administration of claims from the initial instruction through to completion of the repair process, ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
To manage and supervise the customer services team comprising customer service advisors, engineers and transport team. To carry out formal and informal performance reviews and make assessments of training needs. To provide support and training to the customer operations team. To assist in the management of the trading equilibrium. To communicate with Aviva providing information on availability for bookings. To manage customer complaints and other customer related issues. To monitor work in progress, job status and jobs summary reports and to check that reports are accurate. To work together with recovery companies and loan car suppliers. To carry out agreed audits on departmental functions. To monitor compliance with rules relating to cash collection. To follow up all outstanding debts and report accordingly. To perform other duties in support of other team members as required - MUST HAVE PREVIOUS MOTOR TRADE EXPERIENCE
