What we need.
Lead the Sales team by personally demonstrating and encouraging the skills and behaviours associated with the Customer Experience and brand values
Monitor individual and team performance against agreed new and used vehicle sales targets (contract, volume and margin), working with the General Manager to review progress and develop action plans where appropriate, Ensure vehicle financing is effectively managed by the team and all appropriate procedures are followed
Manage and motivate the Sales team to ensure that key activities (e.g. sales prospecting and follow up) are delivered to plan Continuously review and improve sales processes and systems to deliver increased levels of customer satisfaction whilst maximising profitability, Manage and develop own direct team e.g. by recruiting, coaching, developing and appraising direct reports to ensure they deliver against job requirements, Supports the General Manager to develop a marketing/PR strategy for the Centre, and gets involved to shape or support this (e.g. by drafting letters or hosting events)
Provides management report information to the General Manager - Salary: 40k basic 60k OTE - MUST HAVE PREVIOUS MOTOR TRADE EXPERIENCE
