Our client a main dealership in Northampton require a Service Team Leader to join their team. You will play a crucial role in driving their business forward. Friendly and professional, you’ll assist to inspire the team to ensure that every customer’s experience of their Centre is exceptional. Your duties will include: formulating policies and procedures to achieve maximum sales of parts and labour, maintaining agreed profit margin and return on investment, assisting to achieve and exceed all targets through an efficient workshop operation and ensuring departmental compliance with company policies and industry guidelines. You will assist the Aftersales Manager in achieving Sales & Financial targets and contribute to the development of plans, policies and procedures as required to ensure the achievement of all tasks in an efficient and timely manner. Previous experience of a similar role is essential. Salary: 25k + OTE
