A vacancy has arisen for an additional experienced Sales Administrator to work within the Finance & Administration Team of four based in North London. The Sales Administrator is responsible for the maintenance of stock vehicles and the accurate processing of sold vehicles on the Kerridge system and for related operations outside the core system. Internal ‘customers’ include the Dealership Accountant who is reliant on the Sales Administrator for accurate sales transactions and stock records and the Sales Team who are reliant on the Sales Administrator for ensuring vehicles can be delivered to customers on the promised date. Despite the close day-to-day working relationship with the Sales Team, this role reports to the Dealership Accountant rather than Sales Management in order to ensure that the Company’s strict processes and procedures for the sale of its vehicles are consistently adhered to and complied with. The Sales Administrator will order and tax vehicles, ensure all Dealership and DVLA paperwork are completed to company and Government requirements. It is essential that the successful candidate is familiar with Kerridge v8.35 DMS and Excel, has previous dealership experience, is able to work on their own initiative and to communicate with colleagues and external contacts at all levels. The Sales Administrator must be able to stay calm under pressure particularly during the peak sales months of March and September and must be organised and methodical to ensure tasks are completed swiftly and efficiently.
