Our Client is one of the largest full-range spare parts suppliers for commercial vehicles in Germany and subsidiaries worldwide. They are currently opening a subsidiary in England to improve Parts supplies for the UK & Irish market and to increase the brand awareness in the market. As the Parts Sales Manager you will be responsible for Supporting the management in building up the new subsidiary in England which is currently in process of formation. Planning of budget and budget responsibility. Responsible to drive and lead the local team members (incl. meetings, personnel development, feedback conversations, motivation etc.). Development of strategies to achieve companies sales goals and profitability for the assigned markets. Analysis and optimization of the maximum possible availability for customers. Responsible to increase the brand awareness in the market. Analysis, structuring and ongoing supervision of the target markets in relation with the partner program. Development of new sales strategies. Planning, Participation and follow up of exhibitions, both international exhibitions as well as customers’ exhibitions in the markets. Salary: Neg + OTE
