Group Training and Sales Support Manager to Positively impact the group performance in all departments by delivering training sessions, onsite coaching and acting as an interim manager where appropriate,KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS: To ensure training sessions are planned and delivered and are suitable, relevant and timely. Ensure Drive Sales Processes are used at dealership level through coaching, observation and supervision. Regularly visit each dealership to ensure all training and coaching carried out is still current. Cover for dealership management during holidays, absences and where further support is required. Attend Manufacturer lead training to keep own skills current.l Complete Visit reports and training feedback reports - JOB PROCESSES: 1.Develop, write and deliver bespoke training across all areas of the business. 2.Visit dealerships and coach teams in delivering improved performance. 3.Supervise relevant staff during cover at dealership. 4.Perform the duties and responsibilities of the following Managers: - General Manager, Sales Manager, Business Manager and Service Manager if required during cover on site. 5.Effective implementation and monitoring of Group Policy and Vauxhall Audit Requirements. 6.Complete appropriate reports on staff appraisals and dealership feedback 7. Keep up to date with relevant skills to ensure training and coaching is valid, credible and effective. 8.Ensure continuation of staff training and motivation. 9.To comply with FSA Regulations and Procedures. 10.Ensure all staff work within the employee handbook rules. 11.To comply with company Health & Safety Policy. 12.To carry out any other duties as may be reasonably expected in accordance with the position. 50k OTE Car , Laptop, Fuel - MUST HAVE PREVIOUS MOTOR TRADE EXPERIENCE.
