The successful candidate will have a stable career history to date and be able to demonstrate achievements in both new and used car disciplines.
You will be a "hands-on" "can-do" manager currently employed in a similar role and capable of working in a process and target/KPI driven environment. Team building and the ability to build on a very loyal customer base is very important.
