To provide day-to day Operational Management support to all non-technical UK projects, to ensure maximum profitability and customer satisfaction.
Experience of working within an OEM or NSC would be desirable. However, a demonstrated capability and / or proven record in an equivalent position would be acceptable.
Graduate highly desirable, preferably in a business related discipline.
Excellent customer relationship management and interpersonal skills.
Numerically sound, able to discuss KPIs, budgets, profit margins and use statistics to produce meaningful information.
Advanced level IT skills, particularly MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Project, Access.
Professional written communication.
Experience of writing proposals and achieving service level agreements through operational management of teams.
