Due to continued business growth we are looking for a well-rounded 2nd Line IT / Helpdesk Support Technician to maintain our service desk, providing our client base of over 1200 franchised motor dealers with the highest levels of support. This will be a varied role providing support to all internal departments, including database and IT issues. As many of our products extract and manipulate data from the Autoline (ADP) Dealer Management System, an understanding of this database is essential.
The successful applicant will join a committed team of high quality people who work in new purpose built offices in Barford, between Warwick and Stratford, just off Junction 15 of the M40.
