Our client wishes to recruit a senior executive to spearhead their growth into the premium car market, initially in the London Area. This, a ‘ blank canvas appointment’, is a rare opportunity to influence, build and grow a company.
The successful candidate will be charged with
a) Developing and agreeing with fellow Board members, a strategic Marketing Plan to achieve short and medium term sales volumes for the defined Market Area(s).
b) Implementing the vehicle sales objectives of the plan by recruiting, training and leading the sales team, introducing and operating financial controls, systems and sales procedures to generate and retain new customers.
c) Ensuring a clear team focus which builds sales staff / customer perception, knowledge and experience of the brand and to deliver the agreed business performance in line with the Marketing Plan. This will include developing the planned facilities to corporate standards
Candidates must be knowledgeable, organized and experienced in their field and be able to demonstrate real flair and a determination to succeed.
