Finance Director

 

Our client wishes to recruit a senior financial executive to help spearhead their growth into the premium car market, initially in the London Area. This is a ‘ blank canvas appointment’, a rare opportunity to influence, build and grow a company.

a) Develop and agree with fellow Board members, a strategic Marketing Plan to achieve short and medium term sales volumes for the defined Market Area(s) and assist with the implementation of the Plan
b) Report and be responsible to the Managing Director for the professional financial affairs and company secretarial matters, control systems, business management information and reports for the Business Centre(s).
c) Ensure the internal records, statutory books and company secretarial matters of the Company are managed in an efficient and up-to-date manner, in accordance with all legal requirements.
d) Support the development and maintenance of quality systems.
Closely co-operate with fellow directors to acquire and develop the necessary facilities, finance, systems, knowledge and business procedures.
e) Support and provide financial and company secretarial guidance to the Managing/ Operations Director as required to achieve the objectives of the strategic Market Plan on a timely basis.
