Applicants should already have accountancy qualifications and any experience in the motor industry will be a significant advantage.

ASE provides business management solutions to the Retail Motor Industry throughout the UK, Europe and worldwide, publishing financial reports, supplying online analysis tools
and ad hoc reporting to franchises and their dealer networks.

continually expanding and progressive business, that provides excellent career prospects.

You will be responsible for several franchises ensuring that ASE provide a first class business management Service to the franchise and its dealers, and maintain profitable working relationships.

Your duties will include; reviewing composite submissions, managing them through a validation process to a set deadline and holding monthly review meetings with the franchise. You will be able to analyse detailed financial reports, be confident in identifying areas of opportunity and facilitate action plans to address issues.

You will be capable of providing training and support to dealers requiring assistance, as well as developing multi level relationships with the manufacturers to deliver a complete service. 

Managing internal resources to ensure reporting requirements are met and prioritising personal activities to achieve agreed business aims are crucial to this role.

For this role, you will have a good Motor Trade background and excellent communications skills, both verbally and written, be highly organised and have sound IT skills particularly in Excel.
