AutoLogic is a leading provider of technical services to the automotive industry specialising in new vehicle preparation, enhancement, distribution and used vehicle refurbishment.
The Group provides services to vehicle manufacturers and to leasing and rental companies, managing the complex finished vehicle logistics processes through which all vehicles pass.
As part of a major restructuring we are seeking two Account Managers to join a new national team. Building relationships, both inside the organisation as well as with our customers, will be absolutely key to this role, as you ensure you know exactly what the customers require and that an outstanding service level is delivered by your colleagues. Our customers range from the major manufacturers, through fleet and rental operators, to individual dealerships. You will need to understand numbers and contracts ‘inside out’ but also have a practical hands on approach that will often see you lead the process of identifying and solving challenges on a day to day basis. This role will truly give you an involvement across all the company’s operations as you strive to deliver excellence in all areas of our service provision.
Where are you now? An automotive background is almost certainly a given. Previous account management experience is not essential but you will be as comfortable in the workshop as the boardroom. Good communication skills are a given, as is a high degree of numeracy. Above all you will not accept second best – your personal standards must match those that we aspire to.
