Our client provides structured motor industry apprenticeships across the UK, working in partnership with Government bodies and local affiliated colleges.
They currently seek an Additional Support Coach to manage a caseload of learners with various additional needs, both learning and social, as they progress through their NVQ and Key Skills training.
You will possess exceptional time management skills, ensuring your caseload of learners are visited every 4 to 8 weeks and offer full support to each individual. You will be an excellent communicator on all levels and be confident in producing written reports, as well as providing a solid teaching program with defined targets for all learners. You will also be willing to gain any role specific and/or relevant qualifications, as well as hold a full driving license due to the nature of the role.
You will ideally have proven experience and have the ability to motivate and support those staff working with challenging learner groups.
