This role would suit a Service Advisor, Parts Advisor or possibly a Technician with a prestige Motor Dealer background that has great communication and selling skills and is now looking for a new challenge.
Your daily duties will consist of building cost estimates for additional work found on electronic vehicle health checks performed by our technicians and you will also be responsible for following up and selling extra work previously identified that has been deferred (i.e. not sold on the day).
You will need excellent communication and organisational skills, be able to work on your own and as part of the team to meet deadlines and targets, knowledge of Kerridge/ADP software would be extremely beneficial. If no experience in this particular system other related computer skills are required.
You will also be required to cover the Service Advisor role as and when required which will include Saturdays on a rota basis. Core hours are 08.00 - 18.00 Monday – Friday, and 8.00 - 13.00 Saturday (on a rota basis).
