After Sales Manager

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Leading the After Sales Department
• Managing the marketing of the department
• Managing all the teams within the department
• Achieving the sales targets
• Managing the preparation of all Sales cars
• Managing the budget, profit, the DMS and reporting of the department
• Responsible for co-ordinating quality and health and safety within the department
• Manage and control quality within the department

 

The successful candidate will have:
• Automotive experience at this level already
• Experience in a developing automotive business
• A burning desire to be recognised as number one in the country
• Have a working knowledge of dealer operations
• Have up-to-date knowledge of the motor industry
• Be highly process driven with an acute attention to detail
• Good financial analytical skills
• High personal motivation and initiative
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Experience in Word and Excel
