You will be responsible for maximising the efficiency and profitability of our service and PDI departments, achieving the highest volumes, margins and levels of customer satisfaction. A champion at building excellent and enduring customer relationships, motivating and mentoring your team, at all times remaining focused on achieving your detailed budget and business plan.
