We are now expanding our existing After Sales field team to further support our dealer network and address the critical factors of customer retention, loyalty and recommendation, whilst continuing to develop the network’s commercial performance.
Reporting to the National After Sales Manager, you will be responsible for a Region of approximately 15 dealers. You will be tasked with improving dealer after sales performance with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention, sales opportunities and profitability. You will also manage dealer service, parts and accessories marketing activities in order to maximise performance in these areas.
Preferably having worked for a vehicle manufacturer or importer before, you will have extensive knowledge of the retail motor industry together with strong communication and negotiation skills.
