We are now expanding our existing After Sales field team to further support our dealer network to address the critical factors of customer retention, loyalty and recommendation, whilst continuing to develop the network’s commercial performance.
Reporting to the National After Sales Manager and responsible for a region of approximately 15 dealers, you will be tasked with improving dealer after sales performance with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention, sales opportunities and profitability. You will also manage dealer service, parts and accessories marketing activities in order to maximise performance in these areas.
You will be of graduate calibre with a strong background in automotive after sales gained at either an automotive manufacturer/importer level or in an automotive dealership in a parts/service management or marketing capacity. Experience of customer satisfaction, service level management and dealer after sales commercial operations are essential.
