Impetus Automotive is a specialist automotive consultancy and business services organisation delivering business solutions for 24 of the world’s leading automotive vehicle manufacturers.
We are engaged in an exciting new project focused upon improving the Aftersales effectiveness of the BMW Motorrad UK Dealer network.
We are looking for individuals who have proven ability in developing Dealer workshop and retail customer processes and competencies to deliver performance improvements in the area of retail parts sales, service direct profit and parts direct profit.
Successful candidates will have an excellent understanding of Dealer aftersales operations, business KPIs and possess strong influencing, coaching and change management skills. Strong communication skills and self drive are imperative and will be demonstrated from a successful track record in the industry.Whilst not essential, ideal applicants will have a genuine interest / affinity with motorbikes and the motorcycle sector.
