Sales this year are up 16% and over the last 10 years volume has grown fourfold.
This role is focussed on building strong, positive working relationships with dealerships to coach and develop their performance across core areas of the aftersales business. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving results that meet or exceed targets for customer service, parts and accessory sales, dealer labour sales, dealer profitability and implementation of brand programmes.
You will have a thorough knowledge of aftersales operations and a proven track record of professional aftersales operations and a proven track record of professional aftersales business development, excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a broad cross-section of aftersales personnel and have strong planning and reporting skills. Additionally, you will be a true team player, have a genuine passion for customer service and be naturally highly motivated and enthusiastic.
