Applications are invited from suitably experienced candidates for the role of Aftersales Development Manager for the North of England.
Your primary partnership will be with your dealer network, with which you will work closely to grow their service and parts market shares and sales volumes, and to build customer satisfaction and loyalty. The focus of your role will be to continually develop aftersales profitability, including absorption rate, service workshop management and parts inventory management.
You may already have field-based aftersales and/or dealer experience. Whatever your career background, you will be a self-starter with the ability to quickly develop good working relationships both internally and externally. A commercially astute individual, you will be able or have the potential to interpret financial data and communicate it effectively to dealers to bring about tangible business improvement to mutual benefit.
