Our client is an automotive retail group. They now seek an Aftersales Manager to run the aftersales operation for a prestige brand dealership in the Northern Home Counties. This is a fantastic opportunity for a really talented Aftersales Manager with excellent interpersonal, management and business skills to join a highly successful prestige brand dealership.
To ensure all customer, loyalty and profit targets are achieved whilst delivering an unsurpassed experience by consistently meeting customers’ expectations, ensuring that commercial and operational requirements are considered at all times.
Communicate the brand mission and values at every opportunity.
Understand current key competitors, investigating initiatives and improvements that could be utilised.
Develop and present a business plan on a quarterly basis.
Monitor and review Customer Satisfaction on a monthly basis.
Provide guidance, training and motivation to staff to improve their performance.
Ensure all customers are handled in a professional and courteous manner.
The successful candidate will:
Have a proven track record in Aftersales Management within an automotive retail environment
Display excellent verbal and written communication skills
Display excellent people management skills
Have a high level of business acumen including an understanding of key competitors
Be highly professional and well presented
