Here at Grange of Exeter, we are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our increasingly busy Aftersales department; you will have overall responsibility for our Aston Martin and Jaguar service departments, and through a dedicated supervisor, the associated Parts department. Reporting to the Dealer Principal, your team’s will be responsible for delivering our aim which, through our Associates, is to create long lasting customer relationships and achieve a ‘right first time – every time’ ambition. It is likely that you will be in a similar existing Management role, but applications from previously dedicated Service Managers will be considered. You will be familiar with all aspects of Service Management and be able to demonstrate first class leadership qualities, be prepared to work in a challenging environment, possess excellent interpersonal skills and have a resilient, mature attitude for a department that consistently demands the use of initiative.
