The Aftersales Marketing Manager is a key role in the development of Hyundai's business - both in support of car sales, and in the direct generation of profit from aftersales.
In the role you will:
Develop and implement service and parts marketing and sales development strategy to achieve agreed commercial targets
Manage the parts operation - including set up of internal parts procurement and supplier management operations
Support the development of the Hyundai brand through aftersales marketing
The successful candidate will Ideally:
Have a strong background in aftersales marketing at management level gained with an automotive manufacturer/importer or other consumer goods dealer environment
Be a graduate with marketing/business qualifications
Have a strong background in man-management with experience of managing 10+ people
Be commercially aware with experience in profit accountability and budget management
Have parts operations and field experience
Be able to demonstrate excellent leadership, interpersonal and relationship building skills
