This crucial role is key in developing aftersales activity within the UK and Ireland both at a strategic and operational level.
Heading up a team of Aftersales Regional Managers and a Bodyshop Development Manager, the successful candidate will have responsibility in ensuring we achieve our turnover, profit and product penetration goals. Critical to customer satisfaction and retention, the function ensures all policies are implemented consistently across the Network; liaising with
Porsche AG on all aspects of future aftersales strategy development.
You will set targets and measure performance in all areas of aftersales and develop an implementation strategy and suite of products to achieve these targets. With a keen eye on your budgetary responsibilities, you will liaise with external providers to ensure compliance with performance targets, and use the same focus internally with each Porsche Centre.
Development of your team is another important part of the role, identifying market needs and developing concepts with them, so that a consistently high standard of service is delivered. Customer feedback is vital to us and you will be closely involved in the customer experience and the reporting structure in support of this activity. Working successfully with other departments responsible for the technical aspects of aftersales is also fundamental to this position.
The ideal candidate will have relevant aftersales experience in a highly customer focused environment and will have demonstrated a broad range of accountabilities for all aspects of service delivery and the development of strategies for future growth.Confident, communicative and analytical, the successful candidate will be equally at ease motivating a team of experts and working within a peer group of other professionals.
