This role is all about developing the aftersales business of the dealer network through identifying performance levels that can be improved. These opportunities are then addressed by implementing systems and procedures that enable dealers to maximise customer retention and generate incremental parts and labour sales.
You will have skills, knowledge and experience that encompass sales, marketing, aftersales, financial composites and dealer management systems. You will have strong language skills, both verbal and written which will combine with analytical and report writing skills to feedback professionally on the progress of this important area of the business.
