In line with our continuing UK growth strategy we are looking for a pro-active manager to focus on developing aftersales programmes across the network to meet HMUK’s strategic parts and service trading plans with a specific emphasis on the customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing dealer targeted programmes
Producing and managing the aftersales bonus and discount strategy
Managing the full network targeting and reporting system
Alongside developing aftersales programmes, you will also produce and manage the aftersales bonus and discount strategy to ensure industry competitiveness, whilst maximising sales and profit opportunity for the dealers themselves. As well as these initiatives you will also be required to manage the full network targeting and reporting system to enable accurate business planning, performance management and decision-making for both dealers and HMUK.
Critical to the success of all of these initiatives is your ability to build relationships with key members of both HMUK and the dealer network so you will require strong interpersonal and motivational skills and possess the experience and confidence to sell your programmes into key players. Strong project management and organisational skills are a must, as is an eye for detail and quality. Your commercial acumen, combined with advanced Excel and strong analytical skills, will clearly demonstrate the financial benefits of your activities to the business.
Experience in market analysis or programme management role in automotive or industrial products is desirable, but not essential.
