As the Aftersales Development Manager, you’ll develop and implement the campaigns and programmes that increase customer loyalty, parts and ‘retail hours’ sales as well as improving customer satisfaction and retention.
Operating from our Milton Keynes head office, you’ll work with the aftersales field team to coach dealers to ensure improved Customer Satisfaction and business performance. You’ll develop and implement a range of marketing solutions and strategies to support and drive your campaigns. Key measures of success will be parts, accessories and merchandise sales performance in line with the brand objectives.
This is an exciting and pivotal role in our growth plans and to be successful in the role, you’ll be commercially aware and an effective communicator, as well as being numerate and possessing good analytical skills. It’s likely that you’ll be educated to degree level and you’ll have experience in the aftersales arena, either from the dealer network or with a manufacturer. You’ll be able to clearly demonstrate what works in this space and have a track record of performance that supports this.
