Area Aftersales Manager

We are looking for people who show real enthusiasm for our brand and its cars, who will win customers, fulfil buyers’ needs and improve brand loyalty. Success in this role comes from passion for service excellence and a drive to build something extraordinary.

 

You’ll use your influencing skills to build awareness of our aftersales initiatives across the dealer network, working to grow retail hours, improve customer retention and aftersales profitability. You will be our voice across the network.

You’ll bring experience of working in a dealer network environment, excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Self motivated and commercially aware you’ll be at home working remotely and be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills. You’ll live for service excellence, demonstrate passion for the brand and it’s products and seek to make a real difference for your customers.

If you have a proven sales track record, possess excellent negotiation, influencing and communication skills and thrive on a fast-paced, high pressure environment then please apply!
