As an Area Aftersales Manager, you’ll work with our franchised dealers to help deliver a great aftersales experience, one that is customer focused and reflects our brand values.
Working with the dealer management team, you will drive business improvement and dealer profitability through sharing best practice and implementing measures to improve customer retention.
Ideally, you will have experience of the automotive industry, either working in a dealership, an importer or other service focused industry and will be educated to degree level. You will be able to influence and communicate your ideas effectively at all levels as well as coach dealer staff to improve performance.
Commercially aware, you’ll understand the demands placed on dealers to drive performance and profit in conjunction with customer service. You’ll be able to plan and organise yourself to be productive and to manage relationships remotely to ensure improvement plans are implemented and have the desired effects.
