Only once in a while does a truly unique and radically new proposition hit the F&I sector – this is one of those occasions when the market is about to shift and will never be the same again. The product which is being brought to market by a highly successful and extremely well financed motoring solutions provider has already been taken by a world-class prestige car manufacturer for distribution through its accredited UK dealer network and heralds the arrival of this important new addition to the F&I portfolio.
Consequently a vanguard Area Development team is now needed to manage the launch and fast-track roll-out of the dealer programme, drive and support ongoing sales development through the network and help secure further business partners. This is the outset of a major new infrastructure offering exceptional scope for reward and accelerated career progression and we are now seeking four ambitious individuals to drive the key territories outlined above – these are weekday roles and are home-based.
Proven business builders, you will have already achieved significant sales success, probably as a Business Manager in a dealer group or with a major motor manufacturer, F&I player or similar and be attracted to these rare ground-floor, fast-track opportunities. Highly motivated self-starters, you will be analytical, articulate and commercially astute with outstanding presentation, negotiation and closing skills. Above all you will have the charisma, intellect and interpersonal skills to work with leading prestige dealer groups.
