Our Client, a European car Importer is seeking a talented corporate sales professional to manage a portfolio of existing fleet customers and to obtain new business for both commercial passenger car and van sales.
As an ambassador of the brand you will need a good understanding of the corporate sales process and able to divide your time effectively to manage the needs of existing account relationships as well as cultivating new prospects.
•Negotiating and securing a volume of fleet cars and van sales from new and existing prospects and customers within the East Midlands and South Yorkshire territory
•Implement action plans to achieve Sales department objectives
•Creating & following action plans devised to conquest solus & dual badge opportunities
•Optimization of car positioning on Company car choice lists, maximising restricted badge & volume opportunities
•Work closely with the territory partners to maximise sales
•Responsible for monitoring and reporting market and competitor intelligence
•Maximise effective use of the demonstrator resource to increase visibility/acceptance of current and new products to "win" new business
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
•A good understanding of the fleet industry including key competitors and pricing
•Previous experience within a corporate sales role is essential
•Advanced communication skills both verbal and written
•Strong relationship building skills
•Proactive and Target orientated, you will need effectively manage your own time and activities
•Good computer literacy MS Office Power-point, Word and Excel and for bespoke CRM System
•Full UK Drivers License is essential
1.Are you an experienced Area Fleet Manager with a current or recent profile gained with a volume vehicle Manufacturer/Importer?
2. Are you familiar with covering a territory based in the East Midlands/South Yorkshire region?
3. Can you develop new business and manage current accounts with Corporate Fleet Customers operating 100+ unit fleets?
4.Do you have an inspirational, enthusiastic and professional approach to Client retention and prospecting?
5.Can you work as part of a highly driven and motivated team to continue driving Fleet sales forward in a challenging market?
